University of Missouri campus protest starts conversation at Ole Miss

On November 9, 2015, University of Missouri Systems President, Tim Wolfe, resigned from his position after protest on Missouri's campus. Faculty, staff and students demanded Wolfe resign due to his lack of leadership while handling racial incidents on their campus. Protest at Missouri continued for weeks  and the final action before Wolfe's resignation was the black football players at Missouri resisting to play or practice until Wolfe resigned.

The actions at Missouri got faculty, staff and students at Ole Miss interested in conversation. The Center for Inclusion and Cross Cultural Engagement held a discussion to talk about the events at Missouri. The discussion was a part of the "Are You Ready, Dialogue Series" and more discussion events will be held at a later date.
