7th Annual Taberna Turkey Trot

In the small, primarily retirement community of New Bern, North Carolina there isn't a whole lot to do. So those that aren't content with retirement have to improvise. And so resulted in the yearly Turkey Trot, an annual 5 kilometer run hosted by the New Bern Rotary Club and the Twin Rivers YMCA. 

Featuring runners of all levels, from the most dedicated runners striving to beat their previous times, to the more casual runners just out for a brisk morning jog with their dogs, the Turkey Trot  is designed to bring the community together on the day before Thanksgiving.
