Madison Freeze writes thank you notes to her investors in CowPals Industry. |
Freeze may only be 12 years old, but she has her eyes set on a big business.
Two months ago, Freeze told her family that she and her best friend, Ann Lindsey Bolton, were going to start a business and call it CowPals Industry. They would raise money to buy a cow and then sell it later for more money than they bought it for.
Bolton, who lives in Tupelo, has a family pasture in Oxford where they will keep the cow until they are ready to sell it.
Freeze and Bolton each contributed $500 towards buying their first cow. They are hoping to buy and sell many more in the future, along with buying chickens and selling their eggs.
