The Local Band Riverside Voodoo finishes a new album and prepares for their biggest year yet.

RiverSide Voodoo is a band that originated in Oxford, Mississippi with four members Jonathan Peters on drums and vocals, Mac Jones on keyboard, Watson Horner on bass and Jake Horner on guitar. 

The band has played at many venues in Oxford, Ms including Proud Larrys, The Round Table and The Library. Riverside Voodoo has also been venturing out of the state and playing in different bars and venues in Texas and in Louisiana.  

The Band is scheduled to open up for the band Earphunk, a band from New Orleans, in January at Proud Larrys. 

This new album containing more than 15 songs is scheduled to release soon. The bands lead singer Jonathan Peters says, "This new album is great, it really blows our last one away."
