Is College Still a 4 Year Program?

Students at the University of Mississippi are no strangers to being in school over a four year period. This year the College of Liberal Arts has 210 applicants for August graduation. The university has three graduation periods each academic year: in May, August and December.
A common problem that arises with graduating seniors are advising issues. With this being such an issue with seniors, it is recommended to keep up with course work and classes that are needed for a specific major.

Every university or college should have a catalog with class descriptions as well as the requirements for certain degrees. The University of Mississippi's catalog is listed online in the myolemiss section of its website and there are also links from each individual college's website to the catalog or a pdf with the degree requirements.
