How The University Of Mississippi Handles Stress in Oxford,MS

The spring semester is coming to a close, and exams are around the corner. Whether you're a freshman or a senior, finals week can bring a lot of stress. Some know how to deal with it better than others, but if it's not handled well stress can build up. The trick is how you deal with it. These are a few tips  that will have you prepared for the worst situation, and  leave you stress free.
For those that are feeling overwhelmed, Ole Miss has an on campus site where you can get guidance counseling for free. Some basic tips to keep you healthy and better prepared for school are keeping a regular exercise, eating healthy, and most important getting enough sleep.
