When the 2010 baseball season kicked off, so did a new form of live online game video, launched by the Ole Miss Sports Production department. This new form of video streaming is in High Definition, making the University of Mississippi the only Division One school in the nation streaming live sporting events in HD. Shane Sanford, Director or Internet Services and Graphic Design in Sports Productions says the Hd streaming has been a success with Rebel Vision subscribers, and is exactly the clarity and quality the media department has been striving for in live internet footage. In order to watch the live events in HD, users will need to subscribe to Rebel Vision, found on the Ole Miss sports website.
