For years, the Grizzlies have been a so-so team in the NBA and have made it to the playoffs just three times in franchise history. The Grizzlies are still seeking there first playoff series win.But the Grizzlies still mean a lot to the people who live in Memphis. Downtown businesses thrive on the Grizzlies games. With recent success, the Grizzlies have stirred up an energy in Memphis that city officials said could bring over 100,000 people to downtown Memphis this weekend when the Memphis Grizzlies take on the San Antonio Spurs.
