At Ole Miss, an orientation leader plays a huge role in helping new freshmen and their parents feel comfortable in becoming a part of the Ole Miss family. The office of orientation and parent programs works hard to select a specific group of students that have the ability to lead, as well as, become a mentor for many of these students. After becoming an orientation leader, these students have the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and share with them all the unique traditions Ole Miss has to offer. Each leader is trained to represent Ole Miss at its best and welcome each new incoming student with a big hotty toddy hello.
